And no, I did not try to sneak through without a ticket. I missed the ticketing machines and the poor signage. Next thing I knew the cops were at the top of the escalator (where I thought the ticketing machines were). Surprise!

As Americans, I believe a little more humility would speak worlds to our character. Then I saw this guy.
The face of the Arab world in America’s eyes for too long has been bin Laden and now it is not. Now the face is only the young people in Egypt and Tunisia and all the Middle Eastern countries around the world where freedom rises up. Al Qaeda’s opportunity is gone.
What’s fascinating is the speed of it. Someone made up a quote, attributed it to MLK jr, and disseminated it widely, all within 24 hours. Why? What do you get out of saying something pithy, and getting no credit for it?
