My three week trek through Japan with two friends begins on Saturday. Well, I fly on Saturday and arrive on Sunday, so I guess technically Sunday.

We’re eating at two of the world’s best restaurants on this trip:

These in addition to the epic amounts of amazing street food, ramen, and izakaya joints will make for one of the greatest food journeys of my life.
